After completing her formal education, she joined her family business, where she witnessed firsthand the silent chaos that many manufacturing businesses unknowingly accept as normal — delayed orders, constant firefighting, overloaded routines, poor coordination, and unpredictable production flow.

What looked like “hard work” from the outside was, in reality, a system struggling without clarity and direction. Instead of accepting the chaos, she chose to question it.

Over the last six years, Amandeep has worked closely with multiple manufacturing businesses, embedding herself deeply into their production planning and dispatch systems as a core team member. She did not advise from the outside.she operated from within.

Days on the shop floor, nights studying business models, and continuous experimentation gave her a deep understanding of the real problems that limit business growth. But she did not stop at identifying problems. She stayed with organizations until transformation started happening.

Over the years, I realized that global organizations like Boeing, General Motors, and Siemens have achieved extraordinary growth by applying principles inspired by the Theory of Constraints. These principles transformed their operations by improving flow, reducing delays, increasing throughput, and creating system-driven organizations.

That realization gave birth to my mission.

I dedicated myself to understanding how these powerful TOC principles could be practically adapted to the realities of Indian MSMEs — where resources are limited, teams are smaller, working environments are different, and businesses often run under constant pressure and firefighting.

My goal was never to simply teach theory. My mission became to build a practical Indian implementation system — a system designed specifically for Indian manufacturing environments, Indian workforce behavior, Indian market challenges, and Indian operational realities.

I wanted Indian MSMEs to experience the same level of operational excellence, flow, profitability, clarity, and control that some of the world’s biggest companies have achieved — but without requiring massive investments, expensive infrastructure expansion, or complicated systems.

That is how the foundation of the Constraint Breaking Mastery Program (CBMP) was built.
